Problem

Individual orders make team meetings and work sessions difficult to coordinate

Many professionals rely on our app to manage their busy work schedules, often ordering meals for themselves individually. However, coordinating individual orders for office teams remains a challenge, leading to fragmented orders, higher costs, and a lack of convenience for team coordination.

How can we make meal planning for group meetings and work sessions easier?

Style guide

I formulated a style guide rooted in the brand's guidelines, accentuating bold and vibrant colours while showcasing the Neurial Grotesk typeface which brings a modern and fresh energy.

Simplify the process for hosts to invite and manage team members, with a clear overview of all orders to foster better communication.

Allow hosts to schedule orders in advance to prevent last-minute issues and ensure timely delivery to reduces day-of disruptions.

Provide options for pre-payment to avoid payment-related delays and interruptions, allowing teams to focus on their meetings.

Solution

A team orders feature that allows users to schedule, manage orders, and enable hosts to pay in advance, ensuring a seamless and efficient ordering experience

Start a team order

The host can start a team order by choosing the date, setting the order deadline, specifying payment methods, and defining any order restrictions.

Invite guests

The host can then invite guests within the organization to join the team order, as well as send invitations via email to guests without accounts.

Select items

The host and guests can choose and modify items for their order until the deadline. Once the deadline passes, the order will be automatically placed to streamline the process.

Manage order

The host can manage the order by tracking who has placed an order, overseeing the delivery, and accessing the receipt.
